Tammy Weaver is the owner and is proud to be part of the dirt to dish movement in the state of WV. Arden Gardens will grow, produce, and process canned goods for wholesale and retail. Tammy has raised and processed her own food for over twenty years. Over the years she has developed unique recipes that she plans to retail. She has a certification through the FDA and is also opening up a micro cafe in Arden which will be open in the near future. The cafe will offer fresh, home cooked artisan sandwiches and fresh baked sweets. Tammy will also be selling processed goods at this location.
